Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 30 September 2026
This policy sets out what you may not do with PostMind Studio (the Service), provided by Postmind AI Ltd. It forms part of our Terms of Service, and words with capitals have the meaning given there. It applies to the Customer and to every Authorised User, and to all Inputs, Outputs and publications.
1. Illegal and harmful content
You must not use the Service to create, upload, store, publish or share content that:
1.1 is illegal in the United Kingdom or in any place where it is published or viewed, or promotes, facilitates or incites illegal activity;
1.2 sexually exploits or abuses children, or sexualises minors in any way. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM): we remove it, close the accounts involved immediately and report it to the relevant authorities, such as the National Crime Agency and the Internet Watch Foundation;
1.3 is sexually explicit or pornographic, or is intimate imagery of a real person created or shared without their consent, including synthetic "nudified" images;
1.4 promotes or glorifies terrorism or violent extremism, or threatens or incites violence against people or animals;
1.5 attacks or demeans people on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age or another protected characteristic;
1.6 harasses, bullies, intimidates, defames or invades the privacy of anyone, or shares their personal data without a lawful basis;
1.7 promotes or gives instructions for suicide, self-harm or eating disorders;
1.8 promotes illegal drugs, weapons, gambling without the required licence, or other regulated goods and services in breach of the rules that apply to them;
1.9 is graphic violence or gore intended to shock.
2. Real people, deepfakes and voices
2.1 You must not create or publish content that depicts, imitates or impersonates a real, identifiable person (including their face, body, voice or name) without that person's permission, or in a way likely to mislead viewers into thinking the person said or did something they did not.
2.2 You may only clone a voice with the documented, informed consent of the speaker. The speaker must record the consent statement the Service shows, in their own voice, and the clone must only be used for the purposes they agreed to. You must not clone the voice of a public figure, a child, or anyone who has not consented, and you must not use a cloned voice to deceive, defraud or impersonate. If the speaker withdraws consent, you must delete the voice in the Service.
2.3 You must not present AI-generated people, testimonials, reviews or endorsements as real, or invent customer experiences.
3. Elections, public health and deception
3.1 You must not create or publish content that is intended to mislead people about elections, referendums or voting (for example how, when or where to vote, or who is eligible), content that impersonates candidates, parties, officials or public bodies, or undisclosed paid political advertising.
3.2 You must not create or publish false or misleading claims likely to cause harm, including about health, medicine or emergencies, or content designed to defraud, such as scams, phishing or fake giveaways.
3.3 Your advertising must be legal, decent, honest and truthful. You must not make false claims about prices, products, availability or results.
4. Intellectual property
4.1 You must not upload, generate or publish content that infringes anyone's copyright, trade marks, design rights, image rights, trade secrets or other rights, including other people's logos, characters, music or footage you do not have a licence for.
4.2 You must not use prompts designed to reproduce a specific copyrighted work or a living artist's recognisable work in a way that infringes their rights, or to remove or alter watermarks, credits or rights information.
4.3 Stock and reference-library material may only be used as the Terms of Service allow.
5. Websites you scan
5.1 You may only ask the Service to scan a website that you own or control, or that you are authorised by its owner to use for this purpose, and you must confirm this when you start a scan. The Service follows the site's robots.txt rules and identifies itself when it visits.
5.2 You must not use the scan feature to collect content, images or personal data from websites of competitors or other third parties. If a site owner tells us a scan was not authorised, we delete the images gathered from it within 24 hours and may suspend the scan feature for your Organisation.
6. Connected Platforms and spam
6.1 You must comply with the terms, community guidelines and advertising policies of each Connected Platform, including its rules on AI-generated content, branded content and automation.
6.2 You must not use the Service for spam or platform manipulation, including: buying or faking followers, views, likes or comments; coordinated inauthentic behaviour; running many accounts to evade a platform's limits or bans; posting substantially identical content across accounts to game algorithms in breach of a platform's rules; or publishing to accounts you are not authorised to manage.
6.3 You must not remove AI-content labels that the Service or a Connected Platform applies where the law or the platform requires them.
7. Security and technical misuse
You must not:
7.1 upload or distribute viruses, malware or any other harmful code;
7.2 probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Service or any system connected to it, or breach its security or authentication, without our prior written permission (if you have found a security issue, please tell us at support@postmindai.pro);
7.3 access the Service by automated means other than through the features and interfaces we provide, or scrape, crawl or copy the Service, its reference library or other customers' content;
7.4 get around, disable or interfere with seat limits, allowances, rate limits, cost caps, trial restrictions, content-safety checks or other controls, including by creating several organisations or trials, or by sharing accounts;
7.5 overload the Service or act in a way that degrades it for others;
7.6 use the Service or its Outputs to develop, train or improve a competing product or an AI model, where this is forbidden by us or by the terms of the Third-Party Provider that produced the Output;
7.7 resell, sublicense or provide the Service to third parties, or operate it as an agency or white-label offering, unless your Plan or an Order Form allows it.
8. How we check and enforce this policy
8.1 We use automated tools, including our content-safety provider, to check generated and uploaded content. Content that may breach this policy can be blocked or held for human review before it is published, and flagged content is reviewed by people. We also act on reports from users, rights holders, Connected Platforms and authorities.
8.2 If we reasonably believe this policy has been breached, we may, depending on how serious it is: remove or refuse to publish content; ask a Connected Platform to remove it or remove it ourselves where the platform's API allows; restrict features (such as voice cloning or website scanning); suspend Authorised Users or the Organisation; end the Agreement under the Terms of Service; and report the matter to the police or other authorities. Where reasonable we will tell you what we have done and why, and give you a chance to respond.
8.3 You are responsible for breaches of this policy by your Authorised Users and by anyone who uses your accounts.
9. Reporting abuse
To report content made or published with the Service that you believe breaches this policy or your rights, email support@postmindai.pro with a link to or description of the content, the reason you believe it is unlawful or harmful, and your contact details. Rights holders should include details of the work concerned and confirm they are authorised to act. We keep a record of every report and what we did about it. For child sexual abuse material, you can also report directly to the Internet Watch Foundation at https://report.iwf.org.uk.
10. Changes
We may update this policy to respond to new risks, laws or platform rules. We will publish the new version here with a new date and tell Customers about significant changes in advance, as described in the Terms of Service.
